Our NuClear Brightening Toner is designed to be a daily toner that gently cleans, refines, tones, and tightens the skin.

Directions For Use:

Apply daily to the skin using a cotton pad after cleansing with your favorite Jencare Cleanser. Do not Rinse. For best results follow with your favorite Jencare Moisturizer, Jencare Serum, or SPF-50.
