Returns Policy


We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied let us know and we will work with you to make it right. Please note: due to the handmade and sensitive nature of our products there may be slight variations in some items. We believe that this is what makes handmade products truly special and of higher quality than the overly processed products found on the market.

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of product cost. We are unable to refund shipping cost. 

You may return an opened product within 7 days of delivery for store credit or exchange. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Or, simply, make note of your order number and simply mail us the product. We will contact you upon receipt of the item. 


You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
